Fundraising with Chloe's Creamery

At Chloe’s Creamery, we love supporting our community! We’re proud to offer fun and delicious fundraising opportunities for local schools, teams, and organizations. Whether you’re looking for a hands-on event or a simple way to raise money, we’ve got options to fit your needs.

🍦 Option 1: Full Store Takeover

Your organization can take over the creamery for a set time! You’ll run the shop alongside our staff, and in return, you’ll receive a percentage of sales made during your event. To maximize your fundraiser, you’re also welcome to set up raffles, baskets, or other activities in-store. This is a great way to engage with the community and raise more support while having fun!

🍨 Option 2: Pint Sales

Perfect for pre-orders! Choose up to four of our handcrafted ice cream flavors to sell by the pint. Your group collects orders in advance, and we’ll have the pints ready for pick-up and distribution about 2–3 weeks after the fundraiser closes. For every pint sold, your organization receives a set donation amount—simple, sweet, and effective.

🍧 Option 3: Chloe’s Gives Back Day

We’ll select a day where a percentage of sales goes directly to your organization. No work required—just spread the word and encourage your supporters to stop by the creamery! Please note, the percentage of sales is smaller than the store takeover option, but this is still an easy way to raise funds while enjoying ice cream.
